As part of Year 11’s Geography physical fieldwork, students took a trip to Dove Dale in the Peak District.
With the weather against us and the rain coming down sideways, students braved the conditions; donning their waders and getting into the River Dove to measure velocity, depth and bed load shape.
The day was a huge success and all students came home, having gathered their own data and analysed their results.
A massive well done to Year 11!
